Farberware Bakeware 13-Inch Pizza Crisper
I bought two of these pizza pans over 2 years ago and they are still in good condition, although we (family of five), have used them at least twice a month. We have a tradition of "Friday Night pizza", and these boilers have been good for when we decide to have frozen or grocery store made pizza instead of going out. The pizzas are cooked evenly - and the hole in the bottom helps to ensure that you do not end with a pizza with a soggy crust, but toppings that are burned. Handles on both ends makes it easy to pull out of the oven and non-stick coating helps the pizza slide down the table I use when cutting the pizza. I always wash all my pots immediately after each use, these pots and rinse really well and I can not recall ever having come out a scrubber. I would definitely recommend these pizza pans.
In the interest of a crisp pizza, the perforated bottom of the pot to deliver as much heat as possible to the bottom crust. In addition to letting heat to brown the bottom of the crust, although the holes so steam can escape, preventing the dreaded wet-crusted version of one of America's favorite foods. Use this pan to your homemade pizza dough or to heat a store bought pizza without the mess that may accompany cooking a frozen pizza directly on your oven rack.
